Hong is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behaviour Analyst (LBA) who graduated from Bangor University with a M.Sc. in Applied Behavioural Analysis with Distinction. He has been providing ABA services in many different settings, including researching and working with individual with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Hong worked as a Behavioural Researcher, which focused on providing behaviour change training and R&D for organizations, SMEs and emergency services. He also has extensive experience in providing ABA services, case managing and supervising therapists/ teachers with the focus on Skinner’s Verbal Behaviour approach and Active Support Intervention. Hong is passionate about ABA and he likes to explore the applications of ABA in many ways, including the use of technology. He presented his master project in the Experimental Analysis of Behaviour Group (EABG) in 2015 and together with his co-authors, he published his first journal article “Using task analysis to promote engagement in special educational settings”.
